We want to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in your email to us at clara@spierlaser.com. This quick and simple step will help us provide a speedy resolution.

Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns. 

Due to nearly all of our products are based on personalized and virtual product-services, etc., returns and exchanges will be not available in our store. 

In order to ensure that the goods and services you receive are complete, clear, high-quality and complete a series of quality inspection processes, we promise:

1: Within 1 hour of receiving your first payment, we will inform you of the list of goods or the relevant rules of the service to ensure that you know the value of your payment;

2: For service orders, we will continue to communicate with you to determine the specific time for delivery. Or you can contact us directly to make an appointment;

3: We guarantee the delivery of accessories products within 72 hours. The delivery method is strictly in accordance with the method determined with you, and the tracking number will be notified to you as soon as possible;

4: Our standard machine generally takes 5-7 working days to assemble for you. After the installation of the whole machine is completed, we will carry out 48 hours of uninterrupted inspection of the machine and the corresponding limit function test, and issue the corresponding inspection report.

5: The transportation will be executed only after you have confirmed all the videos, pictures and test reports.
